The maximal induction level in each of the culture conditions is shown as the fold change of the signal in the induced cultures vs. the signal in the uninduced cultures at the time point when the induction was the highest (log2 scale). The blue and red colours represent negative and positive changes in the expression, respectively. The intensity of the colour is proportional to the magnitude of induction/repression.
