Wound healing assay of the HepG2 and MCF-7 cells in response to the purified Taxol of A. niger comparing to the untreated cell lines (negative control), after 24 ad 72 h. After 24 h of growth of the cells as homogenous monolayer, a scratch was made and the extracted Taxol was added (IC50 values 0.02 μM), to the medium, then the wound healing was measured at zero time and after 24 h and 72 h of incubation for the cell lines HepG-2 (A) and MCF-7 (B).
